  The "Extra Hot" Datil Sauce is a very flavorful and very pleasing sauce that can go on just about anything. It has a very distinct datil flavor and quite enough heat. The only problem is that it just doesn't last! It's quite habit forming, so it's best to buy a case of 12. I will be visiting St Aug in November and will stock up at the Silo Road store. I really prefer Minorcan Datil Pepper Products sauce to any other. Nicely shaped bottle, too.
